Following up on orders

You have already made a Fiber order, and would like to follow up:

  1. If you have already made a Fiber service order with your operator of choice, and would like to check on progress, the first step is to follow up with your operator.
  2. The operator should let you know the status of your Fiber order.
  3. If you are facing issues with your Fiber service order, you can fill out our contact form, ensure to provide your Fiber tracking number/service request number for our team to assist you.
