- If you have already made a Fiber service order with your operator of choice, and would like to check on progress, the first step is to follow up with your operator.
- The operator should let you know the status of your Fiber order.
- If you are facing issues with your Fiber service order, you can fill out our contact form, ensure to provide your Fiber tracking number/service request number for our team to assist you.
