1. You apply for a Fiber Connection (from the operator of your choice)
2. BNET receives a request number from the licensed operator
3. BNET’s technician will first check the availability of the Fiber address on BNET systems (Our advanced Fiber systems 😉)
4. If no Fiber or network is available, our technician team creates a Fiber deployment plan for the address (Our team works to ENSURE you are connected, #NoCap)
5. Our engineers study the Fiber network and conduct a site survey in the area to determine the best approach
6. A Fiber deployment date will be set by our engineers
7. At this stage, our engineers may need to work in the area for excavations, etc. (If digging the ground is required to get you connected, we’re on it!)
8. If excavation works are required, BNET will ensure that safety and quality measures are put in place throughout
9. After work is complete, Fiber will be available at your address, and you can submit a request to your operator of choice
10. After placing an order with the operator, follow the steps of ‘Getting Fiber to You’ available on our Support page to learn more about the process after the Fiber installation date has been set
