Who is BNET?
BNET is a Fiber infrastructure deployment company in Bahrain. We work with licensed operators in Bahrain to enable fast internet to businesses and homes.
Our goal is to make sure that businesses and households in Bahrain are connected with fiber internet. We also provide the backbone to technologies like 5G and access to international cable systems.
What is BNET responsible for?
We work directly with licensed operators to provide Fiber-based internet to you. You can check Fiber availability in your area, and order Fiber-based internet from your preferred choice of 10 operators, if Fiber is not yet available, you can request it in your area and we will work on connecting you!

You can check Fiber availability in your area by using the Fiber checker feature on our website. If Fiber is not available, submit a request to your preferred telecom operator.
How do I apply for a Fiber broadband service? Whom should I contact?
You can contact the telecom operator of your choice and apply for a Fiber connection.
Why does my next-door neighbor have Fiber and I don’t?
Our technical team may need to inspect and address a potential infrastructure issue near your home, as these issues can vary from one area to another.
Why can’t you install Fiber in my home instantly?
First, we need to conduct a site survey of the area to understand the best way to connect your home. Then we need to obtain the necessary approval -if any- from the concerned entities in Bahrain, and once received, we will work at our full speed to connect your home.

If you are having trouble with your broadband, please contact your telecom operator, as they are responsible for all broadband service-related inquiries. BNET is a wholesale company and is solely in charge of managing and developing Fiber infrastructure in the Kingdom.
How do I change or find out my Fiber installation appointment date or time?
You can find out about your Fiber installation appointment details such as date and time, by contacting your telecom operator.
Why doesn’t my Wi-Fi work? Why is my internet slow?
You need to contact your service provider to assist you with any internet requests.
How can I give feedback on BNET’s service delivery teams?

I got a call from BNET (17175700), but why am I unable to call back?
If you get a call from 17175700, that is BNET’s team contacting you in regards to your order delivery or fault ticket. Please note that you will only be able to return the call within 24 hours. Why doesn’t BNET have a direct contact number? How can I get support regarding my Fiber order?
BNET is a B2B company that works and provides wholesale services directly to Bahrain’s licensed operators. Any Fiber inquiries from you should be through your license operator; as they are equipped to directly address and support all fiber-related matters. Should your query involve BNET’s infrastructure, we will be looped in by the operator to assist you.
