Getting Fiber to you

Before Fiber is delivered to you, there are a couple of steps:

  1. Check if Fiber is available at your premises through our Fiber Checker feature, or your operator of choice.
  2. Once Fiber is available, make an order of a Fiber package with your operator of choice.
  3. The operator will ask for the necessary information to process your order.
  4. The operator will then book an appointment with BNET’s delivery team, to arrange a visit to your premises at your convenience.
  5. Once the order is submitted, you will receive a tracking order reference with the confirmation of the booked appointment date & time.
  6. A day before BNET’s delivery team visit, you will be contacted to confirm your availability as per the booked appointment.
  7. On the day of your appointment, BNET’s delivery team will be contacting you to notify you an hour before the visit.
  8. When arriving to your premises, BNET’s delivery team will start a survey to find the nearest main Fiber point and suitable cabling route to connect you to Fiber.
  9. Once the main point and cabling route are identified, BNET’s delivery team will start the cabling and router (CPE) installation.
  10. When the cabling and installation work is complete, BNET’s delivery team will test the service, and get your acceptance to confirm that the Fiber service has been delivered and installed successfully to your premises.
  11. Finally – nothing is left but for you to enjoy super-fast Fiber speeds!
