If you are facing an internet outage, here are the steps you should take before submitting a complaint to BNET:
Gather Details: Take a note of the specifics of your internet issue, include timings, dates, and any other observations on the Fiber router.
Check Service Status: Check if there’s an outage or maintenance work in your area that might be causing the issue.
You can check if there are any planned maintenance in your block through our social media accounts @bnetconnects
Contact Service Provider: Contact your internet service provider (ISP) via the customer service channels for assistance.
If you have already filed a complaint to your service provider, and still need further assistance, fill out our contact form, make sure to include your Service Request Number provided by your service provider in order for our team to be able to assist you.
