BNET Concludes its Summer Training Program Successfully

Manama, Bahrain: Bahrain Network (BNET), the national company responsible for providing fiber-based broadband network in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has concluded its summer training program for the year 2024. The annual program is designed for Bahraini students and graduates, it aims to provide them with practical training opportunities that simulate real-life work experiences. 

Throughout the summer program, BNET welcomed 20 young participants, assigning them to various departments within the company and different roles that suit their academic skillsets, in addition to preparing them to conduct diverse training projects. The program also hosted career development workshops and sessions that aimed to enrich their practical experiences and refine their professional and personal skills.

Ms. Amal Saleh Al-Mannai, Director of Talent Management and Development, stated: “We are pleased with the success of this year’s summer training program as we continue to develop initiatives that target promising national talent. Through this program, we aim to equip all trainees with the necessary skills to take on various challenges in the labour market. In addition to providing the trainees with opportunities to sharpen their talents, as well as our commitment to creating a positive work environment.”

As part of its social responsibility efforts, BNET remains dedicated to supporting emerging Bahraini youth through various initiatives that empower them with essential work skills, contributing to the Kingdom’s Economic Vision 2030.
