BNET Hosts Fair to Highlight Strategic Objectives

Manama, Bahrain: BNET, the national telecommunications infrastructure company responsible for the Kingdom’s broadband network services, held a four-day show-and-tell event from the 16th to 19th of May to emphasize the importance of BNET’s strategic objectives and shed light on the roles and responsibilities of its departments.

During the four-day event, BNET’s departments were able to creatively showcase their responsibilities while highlighting their individual roles in realizing BNET’s corporate mission and vision. Each department held various interactive activities to help BNET employees learn each department’s roles and responsibilities in realizing BNET’s vision.

Different themes were introduced daily and each department focused on showcasing the roles and responsibilities contributing to the day’s theme. At the end of the event, each department was scored based on teamwork, content quality, and creative ways of communicating departmental strategy with BNET employees. Awards were given out to the winning departments.

BNET aims to increase its staff awareness and alignment on all departmental roles, responsibilities and strategic directions, while keeping the company’s strategic objectives at the forefront of their daily operations. This falls in line with the company’s revamped strategy to achieve the Kingdom’s vision for the future of the telecommunications sector.
